We missed you this summer

Did any of you wonder what happened to Eric and Liz this summer? Maybe you missed us at church or some other social event (do we have any social events?). This summer was a bit unusual for us, so here is a quick recap.

Liz was involved in a couple of different productions (an operetta and an opera--you can ask her about the difference), so she enjoyed being in Chicago for most of the summer.

Eric spent the summer working with his brothers (www.weddleandsons.com) in Manhattan, Kansas--something he wanted to do before starting grad school this fall.

So, this meant spending a fair amount of the summer apart, with frequent commutes back and forth on weekends. Overall, it wasn't something we would like to do again, but there were several highlights, which we will share with you in future blog posts.

Now we are back in Chicago, so look us up!
